Our Starter website package (“we design, you build”) is described below. You can purchase a Starter website package directly through Paypal and then schedule an appointment using our convenient online scheduling system right away. Appointments are usually available in the afternoons (EST), Monday through Friday.

Starter website package (“We design, you build”) from $240

We will spend between 3 and 3 1/2 hours with you and on your site, configuring and styling the site to your needs. Here is an example of what you could get:

• Initial email exchange to determine your needs
• At least two 60-minute webconferences in which we style and build out your site’s structure, based on your aesthetic and functional requirements
• Choice of professional WordPress theme frameworks from StudioPress (a $60-$80 value), Woo Themes or Elegant Themes ($39 value). Thesis theme is available also for a $40 upgrade
• Custom banner design — you supply the graphics and title / tagline and we’ll make you a simple but attractive banner.
• Your choice of up to 2 professional stock photos from Photoxpress for your banner or pages.
• Lead capture system (Mailchimp, Aweber or Constant Contact)
• Paypal shopping cart
• Links to your social media (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin)
• Training you how to update the site and create content
• Membership system (S2Member or Wishlist Member), and a discussion forum (SimplePress) are available for a $60-$100 upgrade: add any number of paid membership levels (including a free one) and ability for your members to interact via a forum

All you need to do is add your content, which I will show you how to do in the first session. If you already have a site but want a tune-up or a look-and-feel upgrade, you can use this package for that as well.

Sales-letter and digital download websites from $99

We also do sales-letter style sites (OptimizePress or WPSpire), including optional ebook / digital download via S2Member, starting from $99.  Price includes a single-site license to the WP Spire theme (the theme that WordPress Academy was created in, a $77 value).  We can also get you an OptimizePress, multi-site license for $52 (a $97 value).  Why do your site yourself when you can have a professional do it for almost the same price (once you include the theme)?

Site transfers to WordPress from HTML or other system, from $99

If you want to transfer your current HTML site into WordPress, we can usually do this for $100-200.  This is well-below the market price, and we will normally be limiting this service to Premium members, however for a limited time we are opening it up to the public.  If you wish, we can re-style your site to any StudioPress or WooThemes at no additional charge. Note: if you want your site template transferred over exactly, it will be extra cost, otherwise we do an approximate theme transfer or we install a new theme.

Custom outsourced websites – $300 and up

If you have more complex needs, or else  just want to provide your content and have one of our contractors put together a site for you, please fill in a Project Quote Request and request an “Outsourced website quote”, specifying if you want a US-based or foreign developer. Someone will get in touch with you to discuss your needs and give you a price.  We use a very capable and reliable Indian-based firm, and we guarantee the quality of their work, and we have great US developers too.
